Current delivery situation
Unfortunately, the Russian-Ukrainian conflict closed European airspace to Russian airlines. Unfortunately, cargo planes are also affected. PostNL is currently trying to make trial deliveries by truck. Unfortunately, PostNL was not able to send all packages with this trial delivery. We will get these packages back from PostNL in the next two days and they will then send them with the Russian Post. We apologize for the delay caused, but unfortunately times have become very complicated due to the invasion of Russian forces into Ukraine. We do our utmost to deliver the orders to the recipients as quickly as possible.
