Current delivery situation
Unfortunately, due to the conflict between Russia and Ukraine and the associated problem of air freight delivery to Europe, there are delays. The Netherlands PostNL is trying its best to keep deliveries by air freight going. However, at the moment it is not foreseeable whether these efforts will be crowned with success. If delivery with PostNL by air freight is not possible, we will switch back to shipping with Russian Post. However, there will also be longer delivery times there, since the Russian Post is also affected by the airspace closure by the European countries. In connection with the above, we will stop accepting further orders from non-Russian countries. As soon as the delivery options have been clarified, we will resume our activities in full. We will then inform you accordingly here in the news on our website. We ask for your understanding for these problems in this incredibly complicated time for all of us.
